MISiS University Endowment Foundation is an endowment fund created in 2011 in order to ensure stable financing of the university.
As a Director of the Endowment foundation and adviser of the rector Katerina was responsible for setting up the foundation’s operations, preparing development strategy, arranging corporate governance procedures and board formation, team building, restoring Alumni Association, organizing events, promoting of the endowment and the education of the university professors, students, alumni and corporate partners about the new concept of a university endowment. Under Katerina’s management MISiS’s Endowment Fund became one of the participants and winners of the Potanin’s Charitable Fund’s program “Endowment funds: Growth Strategy”.
